These Terms govern your use of Infinfy Hosting services (hosting, domains, and cloud), operated by Infinfy Solutions ("Infinfy", "we", "us"). By signing up or using the services you agree to them.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be of legal age to enter a contract.
Each plan includes stated limits (storage, number of sites, resources). Shared hosting is subject to fair-use: workloads that materially degrade the shared environment may be throttled, and we may ask you to upgrade. Plan specifications are listed at checkout.
Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via our payment processor, Stripe. Plans auto-renew at the same rate you signed up for — we do not use introductory pricing that jumps on renewal. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current term. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
Domain registrations are provided through our registrar partner and are governed by ICANN policies and the registry's terms. You are responsible for keeping registrant contact details accurate. Domains are non-refundable once registered or renewed (see Refunds).
We may suspend or terminate service for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or for non-payment. After termination, your data may be deleted following a short grace period — keep your own backups.
You retain ownership of content you host. You are responsible for its legality and for maintaining independent backups. We provide automated backups as a convenience, not a guarantee.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinfy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify Infinfy against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
To protect our customers and infrastructure, the following are prohibited on Infinfy Hosting.
Cloud VPS customers have root access and broader latitude, but the illegal-content, abuse, and network-abuse rules still apply, and abuse reflected on our infrastructure may result in suspension.
How Infinfy handles your information, in line with Canada's PIPEDA.
Only as needed to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), our hosting infrastructure provider (cPanel servers), Hetzner (cloud servers), our domain registrar partner, and Google (analytics). We do not sell your personal information.
We keep information only as long as needed for the service and legal/accounting obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We use reasonable safeguards, though no method is completely secure. Data may be processed in Canada and other countries where our providers operate.
We use cookies for sign-in and analytics. You can disable analytics via the Google opt-out add-on or your browser settings.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. If we fall short in a billing month, you may request a service credit:

Exclusions: scheduled maintenance (announced in advance), issues caused by your code/content, third-party domain/DNS delays, and events beyond our reasonable control. Credits are applied to your account and must be requested within 30 days.
Our AI assistant responds instantly via chat, 24/7. Issues needing a human are escalated and answered as quickly as we can, with priority for Business and Pro plans.
